Mango is not only a fruit but it is also an essential ingredient in different snacks and dishes such as chutney, shake and ice cream. One can enjoy this sweet fruit in processed form as well. These days you can also buy the processed mango food in market as they are easily available in Indian Market now. Few of the common processed food items of unripe mango are chutney, amm panna, amm papad, juice, jam and jelly.

Chutnies and shakes are important not only as snacks but they also add flavor to the main course meals.
